You send all static information (employee information - including all figures needed for P14 completion, contact details etc) and we set up your payroll

You send us your variable information (pay details, static adjustments etc) by email or fax before each pay-run

We validate the payroll and send a report directly to you for approval

Once you approve the payroll, we complete the processing

We dispatch payslips by 1st class mail or Royal Mail special delivery (to be delivered by 12.00pm the following day)

If you have a BACS user number we will submit the BACs payment in time to credit employees bank accounts on pay-day

Can the payroll pay calendar be adjusted?

Will you process payroll tax filings for a previous tax period?
We'ill only process payroll tax filings for the periods in which our services were used. Since we file and pay taxes on a current basis, there will never be a need for us to file or pay taxes for a previous quarter or year.
